The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on last 15th of September, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was chaired by President Smith, with members present of homeowners in attendance.

Following call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were considered and passed with a few amendments.

  • Treasurer Miller, gave a concise financial report outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
  • Multiple homeowners raised concerns regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed tennis court construction and parking improvement projects.
  • President Smith addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing updates about the plans.

After the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, at a later date.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Board of Directors is at this time discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to improve the value of life for all residents while tackling ongoing concerns and encouraging a thriving community.

  • Amongst the proposed amendments are guidelines related to landscaping, quiet hours, and automobile limits.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments thoroughly and submit their comments by the deadline.
  • An open forum will be held on July 20th to address the proposed amendments in further elaboration.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative

Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by installing shrubs, cleaning up public areas, and supporting a sense of ownership.

We're currently working on various projects, including the restoration of our central park. We invite you to join us in making Sherwood Lakes a truly beautiful place to call home.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.

A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by October 15th. Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our thriving community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program.
